You’ll learn how to prepare local favourites such as laksa, a spicy coconut milk-based noodle soup, Ngo Hiang -5 spice minced meat roll, and sweet treats like Kueh Dadar - pandan crepe rolled with palm sugar sweetened shaved coconut.
